Here’s my favorite from last time, on explaining the importance of speaking a minority language:

Creative Kids Culture Blog Hop #38: Explaining the Importance of Speaking a Minority Language

I chose How to Explain to Your Bilingual Child the Importance of Speaking a Minority Language because I’m sure that many bilingual families must have faced a similar conundrum: how do we encourage our bilingual children to continue speaking a minority language? My particular feature is a story of how a mom was able to convince her child through an art activity what happens when a minority language isn’t practiced enough anymore. For those with young kids who need more visuals to understand a problem, I recommend this activity.

Thank you for linking-up, and we can’t wait to see what you’ve been up to!
